Quick reminder
Use List Item for numbered checkboxes, Clear Format to return to ordinary Note pad text, Item Up and Item Down to reorder List Items, and the formatting controls to change the appearance of selected text or future typing.
Try it yourself
Create two or three List Items, move one up or down, then use Clear Format and type an ordinary paragraph. Try changing the font, size, style, colour and alignment, then use Copy to copy the complete Note pad.

List Item creates a numbered checkbox, helping you organise actions or points you want to keep track of.
Clear Format ends the current List Item and lets you continue with ordinary Note pad text underneath it.
Numbering and Bullets let you apply ordinary numbered or bullet formatting to the current paragraph.
To move a List Item up or down, place the cursor in the List Item, then use Item Up or Item Down. The numbering updates automatically.
You can change the font and font size for selected text or future typing. Your default text sizes can also be set in Settings.
Bold, Italics and Underline let you emphasise selected text, or apply the style to what you type next.
Text Colour changes the colour of selected text or future typing.
Centre centres the current paragraph, and selecting it again returns the paragraph to left alignment.
